Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash was born February 4, 1983 in Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known to TV viewers for her character in Superstore as Dina Fox. Ash is an alumna of Second City Toronto Mainstage, and Second City Chicago mainstage. She is also one half of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She has been a two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007 . She was also awarded for the Best Performance by a Female Television for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015, she won the award for Best Female Performance in the Feature Film for her performance as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. She was also a guest on the prank-show "Scare Techniques". Lauren and Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails", her podcast.
